At Fexandra Capital Inmobiliario S.R.L. we treat personal data as an asset held in custody. This document describes what information we collect, for what purpose and how you can exercise your rights under the Political Constitution of the State and the Bolivian regulations in force on personal data protection.
1. Data controller
Fexandra Capital Inmobiliario S.R.L., with legal address at Torre Multicentro, 12th floor, Av. Arce 2799, Sopocachi District, La Paz, Bolivia, NIT 375291046012, is the entity responsible for the processing activities described in this policy. 2. Data we collect
We only collect the data required to deliver the service: first and last name, email address, the message sent through the form, and technical data such as IP address, device type, browser language and pages visited. For registered investors we also request the legal documents required by the ASFI anti-money laundering regulations.
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data to respond to queries, manage investment opportunities, comply with tax and regulatory obligations, prevent fraud, measure the performance of our advertising campaigns and improve the site experience. No data is processed for purposes other than those described in this policy.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your free and informed consent, on the performance of contractual relationships, on the fulfilment of legal obligations and on the legitimate interest to prevent fraudulent use of the platform.
5. Retention
Data is retained as long as we have a relationship with you and, subsequently, for the periods required by applicable law, especially accounting, tax and anti-money laundering regulations.
6. Recipients
We may share information with technology providers operating under strict confidentiality agreements (hosting, transactional email delivery, Google advertising measurement), as well as with competent authorities when required by law.
7. International transfers
Some tools we use are hosted outside Bolivia. In such cases we verify that they provide safeguards equivalent to those required by Bolivian regulations and implement appropriate contractual clauses.
8. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, cancellation or objection to processing, as well as withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to privacidad@fexandra.com. We will respond to your request within a maximum of 15 business days.
9. Security
We apply TLS encryption, strong authentication, access control and continuous monitoring to protect your data against unauthorised access. Our compliance team reviews these measures periodically.
10. Changes to the policy
We may update this document to reflect regulatory or operational changes. The current version will always be published on this same page, with the date of the last review visible at the top.
